Asin pedesnya bercampur dimulut bikin gak berhenti ngunyah. Eh beneran loh, &nbsp;gak percaya? Dicoba aja lah&#8230; Biar tau rasanya :). Resep saya intip dari&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.justtryandtaste.com\/2015\/12\/resep-tahu-goreng-cabai-bawang-garam-JTT.html?m=1\">Just try and taste<\/a>&nbsp;yang sudah saya modif sesuai selera. <\/p>\n<p><b>Bahan :<\/b><br \/> 10 buah tahu putih, &nbsp;potong kotak. &nbsp;Rendam dengan air garam tiriskan sampai bener2 kering.<br \/> <b><br \/><\/b> <b>Bahan pelapis :<\/b><br \/> 3 sdm tepung maizena<br \/> 1 sdm tepung tapioka<br \/> 1\/2 sdt garam<br \/> 1\/4 sdt merica bubuk<br \/> <b><br \/><\/b> <b>Bumbu siraman :<\/b><br \/> 10 bh bawang putih, &nbsp;cincang halus lalu goreng<br \/> 2 sdm &nbsp;margarin<br \/> 1 sdm minyak<br \/> 10 buah cabe rawit merah, cincang halus<br \/> 10 buah cabe rawit hijau, cincang halus<br \/> 3 siung bawang putih cincang halus<br \/> 1 batang daun bawang, &nbsp;iris halus<br \/> 1 sdt garam<br \/> 1\/2 sdt merica bubuk<br \/> <b><br \/><\/b> <b>Cara membuat :<\/b><br \/> &#8211; Campur bahan pelapis, &nbsp;aduk. &nbsp;Lumuri tahu sampai semua bagian terlapisi tepung. Goreng tahu sampai kering kecoklatan. Sisihkan.<br \/> &#8211; panaskan margarin dan minyak, &nbsp;tumis bawang putih, &nbsp;cabe, &nbsp;garam, &nbsp;merica bubuk dan daun bawang aduk cepat jangan sampai gosong hingga bumbu kering.
